Shipping

* Please review shipping time lines on each item before placing order. Shipping times do vary by product.

* We ship to the address on the order “Ships to” transaction detail. Packages returned with an incorrect shipping address will be resent at the customer's expense for the additional shipping fees. 

* All goods are shipped from our warehouses in Toronto. 

* Delivery via Canada Post normally takes 1-5 business days for Canada and USA,
and 5-15 business days to other countries, depending on your location.

* For Canadian customers all taxes are included in your order. Customers from other countries are responsible for any customs and tax charges applied in their countries.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

* Please email jbaprons@gmail.com or send a mail with concerns or questions prior to leaving negative feedback. We would first love the opportunity to correct the situation.

* Returns are accepted if returned within 14 days of receipt of order and the item is in its original condition -- has not been used, worn, or washed and has no traces of odor such as perfumes, smoke, pets, etc. A shipment tracking number must also be provided. Refunded amount will be applied once the return is received. Returns made after 14 days of receipt will incur a 15% restocking fee.

* All sales are final on SALE ITEMS. No returns allowed.

* Custom orders and embroidered orders are NOT eligible for returns or refunds. All custom orders are final so please be sure to work out all order details to your satisfaction prior to the item being made and shipped to you. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
